Our commitment

Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

The website is currently being assessed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Until the assessment and remediation are complete, we describe the website as partially conformant.

  • Keyboard-operable navigation, controls, forms, accordions and assessments.
  • Visible keyboard focus and logical focus order.
  • Text alternatives for informative images and text equivalents for diagrams.
  • Labels, instructions and accessible error messages for forms.
  • Responsive layouts and reflow without horizontal scrolling at supported zoom levels.
  • Sufficient colour contrast and information not conveyed by colour alone.
  • Skip links, descriptive page titles and meaningful link text.

Known limitations

Known limitations, their impact and planned remediation are recorded after each audit. Where a third-party feature has accessibility limitations, we offer an accessible email or contact-form alternative, and we provide documents in an alternative format on request.
